Most stays are in central Porto, where you can walk almost everywhere. If you want something quieter, Bonfim gives you a more local feel without losing access to the centre. Across the river in Gaia, you get more space and open views over the Douro. And if being near the sea matters, Matosinhos puts you close to the beach, with a direct metro line back into the city.
Algarve
Sun, space, and a slower rhythm.
The Algarve isn’t just one place, it changes depending on where you stay. Along the coast, you’ll find villas with pools and easy access to the beach.
