Booking this apartment requires payment of a deposit required (€500) by the owner. Please note that parties are not allowed and the silence rule is from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. If the condominium reports any problems in this regard, a warning and possible penalty will be sent.

To discover your CULTURE, be sure to visit the Monastery of SERRA DO PILAR and take a photo with a 360º view over PORTO and RIVER. Since it's so close, a piece of advice to RELAX: take advantage of an afternoon to have a PICNIC while watching the sunset at JARDIM DO MORRO, to the left of the board above LUIZ I BRIDGE. Don't forget to try a TOUR of the various CAVES OF PORT WINE in the city of Gaia.

- Pets: In accommodations that accept them, a policy of care and cleanliness applies, with a possible additional fee in case of non-compliance.
- Travel Cot and High Chair Fee: Fixed fee of €39.00 for each item.
- Towel + Bedding Exchange Fee during stay: €24.00. - For reservations equal to or exceeding 28 nights, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet) of up to €200.00
