The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washer, oven, and coffee machine, so you can enjoy the convenience of home-cooked meals. The living room provides a cozy corner to relax, complete with a sofa, television, and air conditioning throughout the property.

- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
- The tourist tax in Porto is €3 per night, per person, for stays in hotels and local accommodations, with a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
- A security deposit of €500 may be charged during festive periods such as New Year's. This amount is waived upon booking.

- Pets: In accommodations that accept them, a policy of care and cleanliness applies, with a possible additional fee in case of non-compliance.

- Towel + Bedding Exchange Fee during stay: €24.00.
