- Check-in starts at 3pm and ends at midnight - after that time, you will be charged a fee of 15€.
- Check-outs end at 11am; after that time, you will be charged midnight and if you want to check out after 2pm, you will be charged a full night's stay.
- If you need a baby cot, we can provide one for €39.
- Would you like the company of your pet? You can bring it with you for an additional cost to be returned in full at the end of your stay if there is no damage (200€).
- For reservations during New Year's Eve, exceptionally, a deposit of € 300.00 may be charged.
- The tourist tax in Porto has a cost of 2 euros per night per person, up to 7 nights (already included in the value of the reservation).

In a small area, you can get in touch with a CULTURAL mix, thanks to the diversity of commerce in the area and specialized stores.
Within a radius of 5 km you can visit the historical and centenary LELLO BOOKSTORE and one of the BEST Mc Donald's in the WORLD, located in an old bank, on the Avenida dos ALIADOS. If you want to explore further, stop by the famous ESTAÇÃO DE BENTO, once a convent, where you can catch a tourist TRAIN and see the beautiful landscapes on the banks of the Douro River.
To drink some COCKTAILS with your fellow travelers, you can go to the most famous BOÉMIAS streets, the Paris Galleries that come alive after 11pm. It has several BARS of different styles, so that you can try each one, from fado, pop, rock and 80's.
