THE LOCATION of the apartment allows you to be close to the METRO, which can take you directly to the center of PORTO, or if you prefer, you can go on FOOT while absorbing the views of RIO to unite the two cities, once rivals.
To improve your CULTURE, be sure to visit the SERRA DO PILAR Monastery and take the opportunity to take a photo with a 360º view over PORTO and RIO. Since it is so close, a piece of advice to RELAX: take an afternoon to have a PICNIC while watching the sunset at JARDIM DO MORRO, to the left of the top board of PONTE LUIZ I. Don't forget to try a TOUR of the various CAVES DO PORTO WINE in the city of Gaia.

Booking this apartment requires payment of a deposit required (300€) by the owner. Please note that parties are not allowed and the silence rule is from 11 p.m. until 7 a.m. If the condominium reports any problems in this regard, a warning and possible penalty will be sent.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.
Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.
- Add-ons: Availability of extras such as a travel crib and access to the garage (if this option is available in the apartment, please check the amenities), upon request.
- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.
- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.
- The tourist tax in Vila nova de Gaia costs €2,5 per night and per person for up to 7 nights.
- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.
- Do not produce noise that disturbs the neighbors and always respect the quiet period between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, every day of the week. If the rules are not respected, a fine of €37.50 will be imposed.
